Saying Goodbye to Addison Police Chief Paul Spencer

Prior to its February 27 meeting, the City Council held a reception to recognize the retirement of Police Chief Paul Spencer after 28 years of service. Chief Spencer began his law enforcement career in Addison in 1995 as a rookie officer and rose through the ranks. He was appointed as Addison's Police Chief in January 2016 and his last day on the job was February 29.
