A tasty weekend blend of food, music and family fun. This three-day festival features food from nearly 70 of Addison's top restaurants that serve generous samplings of their menus at reduced prices. There's also non-stop musical entertainment from national, regional and local acts performing everything from rock to contemporary. Festivities also include carnival rides, midway games, arts and crafts, wine tasting, children's entertainment, and more.
21st Annual Kaboom Town	July 3	100,000 city wide 30,000 onsite
Addison's most explosive party of the year. Dazzling fireworks are choreographed to music and simulcast on the radio plus food, live music and spectacular historic warplane fly-bys. Rated one of the top 10 shows in the country by USA Today in 2002.
20th Addison Oktoberfest	September	50,000
An authentic recreation of the Munich Oktoberfest featuring more than 30 hours of continuous family-oriented entertainment. German entertainers in authentic German costumes perform traditional German folk dances, schuhplattling, folk songs, ompah music, sing-a-longs, yodels and more. A special “Oktoberfest” Beer is served along with several types of German sausage, sauerkraut, strudel, giant pretzels and more. Also carnival rides, midway games, children's entertainment, petting zoo, 5K run, pony rides and more.

7th Annual North Texas Jazz Festival	March	7,500
Swing into spring at one of the country's premier educational jazz festivals the North Texas Jazz Festivals, featuring over 50 adjudicated high school, middle school and university big band, combos and vocal group performances, clinics, live performances by internationally-renowned jazz professionals, plus North Texas University's well-known One O'Clock Lab Band and more. Jazz scholar Hal Miller will present continuous screenings of rare jazz films from his private collection throughout the Festival.

Cinema in the Circle Series	June	4,000
Free Outdoor movies on the big screen in Addison Circle Park on Saturday nights in June.

Families can picnic and enjoy live jazz music under the pleasant summer night skies. Free admission.
2rd Annual Symphonic Saturdays Series	August	4,000
Free symphony music for the family on Saturday evenings in August at the park.
