Chef Gorji prepares four-of-a-kind pomegranate specials Tuesday-Thursday for $30 
  Canary Cafe chef-owner Mansour Gorji celebrates the season of pomegranates with a four-of-a-kind signature Mediterranean menu for $30 (alcohol not included) available Tuesday through Thursday. Chef Gorji personally prepares each menu item in his newly appointed upscale cafe. His award-winning Mediterranean fare features many dishes that incorporate his signature ingredient, the pomegranate. Canarys four-of-a-kind signature special includes an appetizer of Bulgarian feta and fresh pomegranates with grilled pita, a spring mix salad, choice of entree featuring grilled quail or pork chop with pomegranate glaze followed by baklava with fresh pomegranates. Canary Cafes Mediterranean fare includes menu items such as oceanos, veal tonnato, beef or salmon anar, trout lemon, pan seared catfish, escargot in pomodoro, gorgonzola & mushroom and his winning rib eye steak with its own Mediterranean twist.
