Million Air Dallas Plans New International Terminal Building at Addison Airport

At its May 23 meeting, the City Council approved a ground lease for RR Investments (RRI) (d/b/a Million Air Dallas) for an international terminal building adjacent to Addison Airport's new U.S. Customs Office. Million Air was the first of the three fixed base operators (FBO) at Addison Airport, opening in 1984. In 2022, they set an all-time fuel sale record for any FBO at Addison. They recently remodeled the lobby, conference rooms, and pilot lounges at their location at 4300 Westgrove. RRI's minimum capital investment in the project is expected to top $5,500,000.
