Thank you for your interest in a marketing booth at Taste Addison.  All businesses are required to submit an application to be considered for event participation.

Submission of the business application does not guarantee acceptance.  Businesses will be notified in writing confirming the selection or denial of an application.  Payment instructions will be provided upon acceptance.

    • Saturday, June 1, 2024: 12pm - 12am
    • Sunday, June 2, 2024: 12pm - 6pm ***NEW***
  • Location: Addison Circle Park: 4970 Addison Circle 
  • Estimated Attendance: 18,000

Important Dates

Application Deadline: March 1, 2024

Acceptance Notifications Sent: Within one week of submission 

Payment Due: Within 2 weeks of acceptance 

 

Selection Process

All applications will be reviewed by a festival committee based on brand and activation submitted.  Be sure to include a photo of your booth set-up as it is a decisive factor in the selection process.  The committee will consider the type of work for variety and event appropriateness.  Notification of acceptance will be made within one week of application submission.  No advance notification of acceptance will be provided via phone or email.   

 

Opportunities

  • 10 x 10 Marketing Booth - Businesses who are looking to promote/market their brand to event patrons to include product demos, lead generation, interactive activity (e.g. photo booth, prize wheel, etc.)   
    • Fees:
      • $4,500 booth space, includes 10x10 space + electricity
        • +$300 if you would like the festival to set-up a tent for you. 
          • NOT REQUIRED.  Businesses may bring their own branded tent.
          • +$100 for Temporary Food Service License
            • Required for businesses providing food or beverage items.  Pre-packaged items only.

 

  • 10 x 20 Marketing Booth -  Businesses who are looking to promote/market their brand to event patrons to include product demos, lead generation, interactive activity (e.g. photo booth, prize wheel, etc.)   
    • Fees:
      • $9,000 booth space, includes 10x20 space + electricity 
        • +$400 if you would like the festival to set-up a tent for you. 
          • NOT REQUIRED.  Businesses may bring their own tent.
      • +$100 for Temporary Food Service License
        • Required for businesses providing food or beverage items.  Pre-packaged items only.

Authorization *
In connection with Addison Special Events indicated above (“Event”), Vendor agrees that it shall abide by and that Vendor's participation in the Event is subject to all of the terms and conditions of the “2024 Vendor Terms of Participation” attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes, and Vendor represents and warrants that Vendor has read and understands the same.
