Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Taste Addison. Vendors are any food establishment serving open food or beverage requiring a permit under the Town of Addison Environmental Health Department and/or TABC. This includes any alcohol, edible substances, ice, beverages, or open ingredients.

Submission of the vendor application does not guarantee acceptance into the event. Vendor's application submission date will be a factor in selection, so prompt application submission is highly recommended. Vendors will be notified in writing confirming the selection or denial of an application. Addison based businesses will be given priority. Accepted vendors will be provided with payment instructions at that time.

Vendor Opportunities

Food Hall 
This is a great opportunity to showcase your food. The Chow Hall is located in a premier location within the center of the park. This is an opportunity to show off one item that represents your restaurant/business. Multiple vendors will be under one tent giving guests a chance to sample them all. Priority will be given to Addison restaurants. 

  • Fees:
    • Addison Restaurant: $500 Deposit 
    • Concessionaire: $500 Booth Fee + 20% Gross Sales
  • 3-day Booth

    • Full Size Serving
    • Taste Bite Serving
  • One Alcoholic Beverage Item (No Spirits)

Food Truck
Calling all food trucks! Taste Addison's Truck Stop wants your mobile kitchen. The Truck Stop will be located within the event grounds and is only open to food trucks. No trailers will be accepted. Priority given to Addison restaurants. 

  • Fees:
    • Addison Restaurant: $500 Deposit 
    • Concessionaire: $500 Booth Fee + 20% Gross Sales

International Food
Taste Addison will host an international area on the event grounds. This featured area will boast international cuisine, entertainment, and more. Priority given to Addison restaurants.

Specialty Booths

Pop-Up Sampling

Just want to give away free samples of food or beverage to showcase your business? Not ready to commit to all 3 days of the festival? Pop-Up Sampling gives you the flexibility to try out Taste Addison. Priority given to Addison restaurants.

Pop-Up Restaurant

Restaurants and concessionaires will be selected to have a pop up restaurant at Taste Addison. Design your space, provide seating and ambiance to make this an outdoor extension of your restaurant. This application will be juried. Limited space is available so create a vision board and show us what you could do with the space. Priority given to Addison restaurants.

Food Hall

Food Hall Vendor
A Taste Bite should be a small sample of your full menu item. It should be 3 oz or less in portion cup container. If your full sized menu item is meatballs, then your Taste Bite could be one meatball. If your full sized menu item is three street tacos, then your Taste Bite could be one taco.
Describe your Taste Bite and how it is served (e.g. on a stick or in a cup).
Your Taste Bite is required to be $3.
List your one menu item that is full sized. This item should be something that can be prepared at your restaurant/business and hot held onsite. Cooking will be limited in the Food Hall.
Describe in detail your full sized menu item.
Food Notes *
Select if your food item is gluten free and/or vegan. Gluten free and vegan options are encouraged, but not required.
List your drink item. This can be alcoholic, but can not contain spirits (wine based cocktails only). Make this drink item something that pairs well with your full sized menu item. This is a representation of your restaurant or business.
Describe your drink. List any features (e.g. served in a commemorative cup or pineapple). Please note if this is an alcoholic drink. All cocktails must be wine based, spirits are not allowed.

Food Truck

Pop-Up Restaurant

Are you ready to go BIG at Taste Addison? Pop on over - we're ready! The Festival Team is looking for you to take over a space and create a pop-up of a portion your restaurant - on the festival grounds. This application will be juried. 

Pop-Up Restaurant Vendor

Bring a sample of your restaurant to Taste Addison! We want you to design the look and feel of a 30x30 space. Create a vision board and show us your vibe by uploading some sample ideas of what you will bring (e.g. tables, chairs, decor, music, lighting, games, trailer, tents, etc.). You will provide all aspects of the design -- so make sure it's something you can deliver. Applications will be juried.

Water
If you require potable water, please plan to bring your own or use our 1 communal potable water source for refills. The communal potable water source could be across the park from your location, so plan accordingly. Do you need access to a potable water source?

Select all forms of payment that will be accepted at your booth. Vendor is required to accept major credit cards, event-specific vouchers, and Tasty Bucks from previous years.

Point-of-Sale System 

All sales of concessions, food, or beverages shall be made using Square Point-of-Sale software. If Vendor fails to adequately track all sales through this software, they may be removed from the Event and excluded from participating in Addison-produced events. Vendor is responsible for all software, hardware and processing fees associated with operating its Point-of-Sale System. 

  • Hardware MUST accept Major Credit Cards, event-specific vouchers and Tasty Bucks.
  • Hardware MUST have the ability to operate Square Point-of-Sale software.
  • Hardware MUST operate over a dedicated cellular data connection (i.e. 4G or 5G network.) Wi-Fi is not available in Addison Circle Park.
  • An adequate number of units must be operated to provide timely service to Event patrons. Minimum requirements. 
  • Note: Equipment can be as simple as a cell phone or tablet with a cellular data connection and Square credit card reader.

Authorization *
In connection with Addison Special Events indicated above (“Event”), Vendor agrees that it shall abide by and that Vendor's participation in the Event is subject to all of the terms and conditions of the “2024 Vendor Terms of Participation” attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes, and Vendor represents and warrants that Vendor has read and understands the same.
