Council Approves Special use Permits for Two Restaurants

Council approved two restaurant-related special use permits at its December 10 meeting. The first paved the way for El Rincon to open in Addison Circle in the former Taco Borracho location. El Rincon is a locally owned Mexican restaurant with locations in Carrollton and Frisco.

The other special use permit approved by Council was for Chamberlain's Steak and Chop House in Town Hall Square which plans to expand into an adjacent vacant space. Chamberlain's has been a staple of the community, continuously operating since 1993.
