Council Awards $1.439 Million Contract to Jacobs Engineering for Street Design

Council awarded a $1.439 million professional engineering services contract to Jacobs Engineering for the design of the reconstruction of Keller Springs Road and Airport Parkway. These projects were included in Proposition A of the 2019 Bond Program election that Addison voters approved on November 5, 2019. Staff recommended to Council that the roads be designed at the same time to save the costs of surveying and utility exploration services. Once designed, however, the roads are not planned to be reconstructed at the same time.
