Council Gets Legislative Update

Assistant to the City Manager Bill Hawley gave Council an overview of the bills passed in the 86th Legislative Session that directly impact Addison at the August 27 work session. The new laws affect everything from property taxes and franchise fees to building materials and subdivision platting.
