Council Makes Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Zoning Adjustment Appointments

At its December 10 meeting, Council selected Nancy Craig to fill an unexpired term on the Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z). Commissioner Linda Groce, who was nominated by Council Member Quintanilla, recently resigned from the Commission. The members of P&Z serve two-year terms, which run concurrently with the Council Member who nominated them. Ms. Craig will serve from January 1, 2020 – December 31, 2020.

Council also appointed Denise Fansler to fill an unexpired term on the Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA). BZA member Chris DeFrancisco, who was nominated by Council Member Walden, recently resigned in order to serve on P&Z. The members of BZA also serve two-year terms, which run concurrently with the Council Member who nominated them. Ms. Fansler will serve from January 1, 2020 – December 31, 2020.
