Council Reviews Strategic Planning Session

At the Council's day-long Strategic Planning Session on March 27, Council and staff created a vision for the Town and reviewed past goals and strategies. During its April 11 City Council Meeting, Council discussed the strategic plan further and will consider its adoption at the April 25 meeting.

The vision the Council developed is: The Town of Addison is the benchmark for a diverse, vibrant, innovative, and connected community. Our unique places and experiences enhance the quality of life of our residents, businesses, workers, and visitors and make Addison the place to live, work, and visit.

The plan continues the existing Strategic Pillars. This strategic vision will serve as a guide for the Fiscal Year 2024 budget process.
