Mary Kay Celebrates 60 Years

You may have noticed a few extra pink Cadillacs around town this week. The annual MK Seminar is taking place at the Dallas Convention Center, but many of the 20,000 attendees make a point to stop by Mary Kay's Addison headquarters when they are in the area. Vice President of Public Affairs Anne Crews, who has been with the organization for 40 years, invited Mayor Bruce Arfsten to experience the event first hand. Mary Kay Ash's lucky number was 13 and founded her company on Friday, September 13, 1963. Mary Kay is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year.
