May 11 Proclaimed Ivan Hughes Day in Addison

Council Member Ivan Hughes has served on the Addison City Council for the past six years. Due to Addison's term limits, he was not eligible to run again in the May 1 election. At his last Council Meeting on May 11, Council colleagues shared stories and thanked Council Member Hughes for his leadership and dedication to the Addison community. Mayor Joe Chow read a proclamation declaring that May 11 was officially Ivan Hughes Day in Addison. Many thanks to Council Member Hughes for his long commitment to serving Addison.
