Upcoming Public Hearings

The following Public Hearings will take place at the February 13 Council Meeting which will take place at 7:30pm at Addison Town Hall, 5300 Belt Line Road. The agenda will be posted here three days prior to the meeting.

Case 1810-SUP/Vidorra: Public hearing, discussion, and take action on a recommendation regarding an ordinance changing the zoning on property located at 5100 Belt Line Road Suite 410, which is currently zoned PD, Planned Development, through Ordinance 012-001, by approving a Special Use Permit for a new restaurant with the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption only.

Case 1808-SUP/Remington’s: Public hearing, discussion, and take action on a recommendation regarding an ordinance changing the zoning on property located at 4580 Belt Line Road, which is currently zoned Local Retail (LR), by approving a Special Use Permit for a restaurant with the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption only, in order to allow relocation and expansion of the bar area within an existing restaurant space.

Special Charter Election: Public Hearing, discussion, and take action on an ordinance calling and ordering a Special Election on May 2, 2020, to submit to the voters amendments to the Addison Home Rule Charter as recommended by the Charter Review Commission.
