April is National Volunteer Appreciation Month and we want to thank all of the volunteers who donate their time to make Addison a special place. The Addison Advocates volunteer program was started 10 years ago and over the past decade, Addison has registered over 800 volunteers who have donated over 42,000 hours of their time and talents to Addison! This is an enormous help to our staff, especially during our large special events. Volunteers come from several cities including Dallas, Farmers Branch, the mid-cites and some from as far away as Anna, Texas. National Volunteer Week is April 18 - 24 so please join us in extending a sincere thank you to anyone you know who is making a difference by volunteering!
