Earth Day in April brought out many community partners coming to help the Town of Addison. Thank you for volunteering to beautify Addison!

  • On Saturday, May 4, approximately 30 parents and children from Greenhill School came out to Vitruvian Park to engage in community service. Their efforts involved planting 300 gulf muhly plants (an ornamental grass) and spreading mulch in the area.
  • Employees from Dominion Payroll came out Friday, April 12 to the Addison Community Garden, dedicating their time to cleaning and weeding.
  • On Thursday, April 18, employees from Addison-based Hilton Corporate came to Vitruvian Park to lay sod. All 13 employees are a part of the Hilton Helping Hands service group.
  • On Friday, April 19, E2open, came out to the Addison community garden to assist in cleanup. E2open is a global supply chain company with their corporate office based in Addison.
