Addison TreeHouse Officially Closed

The Addison TreeHouse in Office on the Park has officially closed. In August 2022, the City Council approved a $170 million multi-use development for the complex and the developers have recently begun demolition to kick off the project. Addison's Economic Development Department has relocated to the Addison Conference Centre and the Public Works & Engineering Bonds team has moved to new office space off of Keller Springs Road.

City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission meetings will move to the Conference Centre. If you plan to attend an upcoming meeting, please make sure to confirm the location on the Council agenda, which is posted on the Town's website three days prior to a meeting.
