Campos, Kerr and Austin at Addison Circle One Meet and Greet on December 16, 2021

The Addison Economic Development and Tourism (EDT) Department hosted their first meet and greet event since the pandemic started at the Addison Circle One office building on Thursday, December 16. EDT Director Orlando Campos, Economic Development Manager Wilson Kerr, and Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce President Hayden Austin greeted employees as they arrived to work, provided them with a light breakfast, and thanked them for working in Addison. This monthly event is hosted at a different office building in Addison and is part of the department’s business retention and expansion efforts. The Town uses these opportunities to show appreciation for people who work in Addison, recognize and thank the companies that call Addison home, and interact with local companies in an informal setting. Addison Circle One is home to companies such as CarOffer, Aerotek, Elta MD, and Homebridge, just to name a few. The unique Monthly Meet and Greet Events have also been recognized by the International Economic Development Council for excellence in economic development.
