Economic Team Visits Trez Capital

On Wednesday, June 26, Mayor Joe Chow, Director of Economic Development and Tourism Orlando Campos, and Economic Development Manager Wilson Kerr visited with the executive team at Trez Capital’s Central and Southern U.S. office located in Addison. The executive team included President John D. Hutchinson, Senior Vice President Tim Litinas, Senior Vice President Alec Barry, and Vice President Steve Fluker. Trez Capital is a real estate investment firm and provider of real estate debt financing for commercial building projects. Over the course of the company’s existence, they have funded more than 1300 transactions for commercial real estate projects totaling more than $8.6 billion dollars.
