Greenhill Towers Visit

Mayor Bruce Afsten and Council Member Marlin Willesen stopped by Greenhill Towers this week to visit with Johnny Winton, Senior Advisor of Codina Partners. Codina Partners is the ownership group of the towers and has invested millions of dollars in renovations over the past few years. The 278,000-square-foot building is located at 14131 Midway Road and is home to a variety of tenants including the headquarters for American Trailer World (ATW), The Barber Shop Marketing, Ascension Cafe, and more.

The Addison team was able to provide updates on new developments in Addison and Midway Road construction progress.
