Loro Asian Smokehouse Officially Opens

The Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce held an official ribbon-cutting ceremony for Loro Asian Smokehouse on Tuesday, April 4. The day marked the five-year anniversary for the Austin-based concept that is the brainchild of Franklin Barbecue pitmaster Aaron Franklin and Uchi chef Tyson Cole. Council Members Darren Gardner and Eileen Resnik welcomed the restaurant team to Addison on behalf of the Town. Located at 14999 Montfort Drive on the former Flying Saucer site, Loro's Addison restaurant features an extended patio that will be one of the most popular places in Addison when the weather warms up.
