Make-A-Wish Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony

In 2018, Make-A-Wish Foundation North Texas purchased the building located at 16803 Dallas Parkway to serve as their regional headquarters. On Tuesday, September 17, Mayor Joe Chow, Council Members Ivan Hughes and Marlin Willesen, and Deputy City Manager John Crawford joined Wish families, supporters, and Make-a-Wish staff for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the office's grand opening. Since 1980, Make-A-Wish has been creating life-changing wish experiences for children with critical illnesses around the world.
