New Addison FixIT App Now Available for Download

The new Addison FixIT app is now available for download in the app store.

Addison has officially transitioned to a new Addison FixIT app to better serve you. The new app still allows you to report problems around town, but also offers a more intuitive user experience. The administration features of the app will help streamline the Town’s response to requests and allow staff to send progress updates on multi-phase requests. 

The new app also offers quick links to Addison's Twitter and Facebook feeds as well as a link to the Town's calendar so you have Addison news easily accessible in one location!

You will not be able to submit service requests until you download the new app. Addison FixIT is available for Android and iOS.

You can also submit service requests online at www.AddisonFixIt.com. If you have already registered on the website to report problems, you will need to re-register now that the new program has launched.
