Approximately 95% of underground storm drainage lines on the Sherlock Drainage Project have been successfully tied into the Town's storm drainage system. In the next week, FNH Construction, the Town's contractor for the project, will begin pouring concrete for the new pavement and finish installing and repairing the remaining storm drain inlets at the intersection of Sherlock Drive and Winter Park Lane. As part of this finish work, they will need to replace prior concrete work that didn't mean Town standards. FNH will also begin restoring the damaged concrete along the trail between Beltway Drive and Belt Line Road.

FNH is currently behind schedule. Town staff will continue to work with them to expedite the project and we anticipate work will be substantially completed by the end of May, weather permitting. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve our community.
