Addison Fire Department to Get New Pumper Truck

Addison General Services Director Rob Bourestom, Fire Chief David Jones, Assistant Fire Chief Mike Thomson, Fire Captain Scott Wigley and Driver/Paramedics Chad Gruver and Josh Bethel have been in Dublin, Ohio this week at the Sutphen Company inspecting the newest member of the Addison Fire Department fleet: a custom Sutphen pumper truck. The impressive truck can carry 1,000 gallons of water, 50-gallons of foam, and four firefighters. It's scheduled to arrive in Addison the week of January 21. Look for more information soon on a formal "push-in" ceremony to mark the pumper's arrival.
