Council Reconsiders Election Day Polling Location Change

On election day, Addison residents have always voted at either Fire Station 1 or Fire Station 2, depending on which precinct they live in. At the January 8 Council Meeting, the City Council approved an ordinance moving the voting location for the May 4 general election from Fire Station 2 to the Addison Athletic Club. Council reversed that decision at their February 7 meeting. The south side polling location on May 4 will continue to be located at Addison Fire Station 2 on Beltway Drive.
