On Tuesday, February 4, the Addison Economic Development and Tourism Department hosted their annual Broker Breakfast at the Addison Treehouse. More than 30 brokers representing properties throughout the community came to hear about growth in Addison. Mayor Joe Chow, City Manager Wes Pierson, Director of Economic Development and Tourism Orlando Campos, and Assistant Director of Development Services Charles Goff provided an update on things happening in the community, including new development projects, redevelopment opportunities, capital improvement projects, and Addison's work on a new economic development strategic plan. The commercial real estate community is a vital part of Addison’s success and we look forward to a continued partnership with these brokers in the future.
