On Wednesday, January 23, approximately 48 juniors and seniors from Episcopal School of Dallas visited the Addison TreeHouse. The students are part of an elective semester-long course focusing on entrepreneurialism. During the course, the students write a business plan, launch a business, and then have a “Shark Tank” type of pitch competition. They visited the TreeHouse to meet with real entrepreneurs to glean from their experiences and become more inspired. Aside from welcoming the students to Addison, Mayor Joe Chow also shared some of his experiences as an entrepreneur.
