May 4 Unofficial Election Results for Addison City Council Race

During the May 4, 2019 election, Addison residents went to the polls to select three council members and the mayor.  After an unofficial vote tally, Joe Chow has been reelected Mayor and the following three candidates have been reelected to the City Council:

Tom Braun
Ivan Hughes
Lori Ward

These totals have not been verified by Dallas County.  They are preliminary counts based on the unaudited voting results.  The final, certified results will not be available until later next week and will not be formally canvassed until a Special City Council Meeting later in May.  

The Addison City Council is comprised of a Mayor and six members who are elected in at-large elections. Members are elected for two-year terms in alternating years. In Addison the Mayor and City Council may serve up to three successive terms.
