Planning and Zoning Commission Chair Delivers Annual Report

In accordance with the Code of Ordinances, the Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) must submit an annual progress report to the City Council. P&Z Chair Kathryn Wheeler presented the report, which was unanimously approved by P&Z at their meeting on January 15, to the City Council at its February 20 meeting. During 2018, the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed 22 cases:

• 7 Zoning Changes
• 8 Special Use Permits
• 7 Plats

This is in line with the caseload heard by the Commission over the past five years.
