Sherlock Drainage Project Update

The Town’s contractor, FNH Construction, is continuing to install stormwater piping in the vicinity of the Redding Trail, just south of Morman Lane. Their current schedule shows that work will begin to impact the alley south of Morman Lane in approximately two weeks. A letter with more specific timeframes will be sent out in the coming weeks to residents in the construction area. Here is what's left to be completed:

• Complete the installation of the stormwater pipe (approximately 400’ remaining).
• Install inlets in the intersection of Sherlock Drive and Winter Park Lane.
• Demolish, re-grade and reconstruct the intersection of Sherlock Drive and Winter Park Lane.
• Final restoration and cleanup of affected areas.
