Thursday, February 24 Closures and Cancelations

Due to inclement weather, the following have been closed and/or canceled.  If you need immediate assistance, need to report a water leak, or notice a downed branch blocking a roadway, please call 972-450-7156.  Find a list of inclement weather tips and resources at www.addisontexas.net/weather.

Town Offices Closed:  In response winter weather, all Town facilities, including the Athletic Club,  will be closed to the public on Thursday, February 24.  Town staff will be delivering services virtually, so please visit our website for contact information. Essential personnel will continue to work around the clock to ensure the safety of our community.

Bridge Closed:  Wheeler Bridge (Arapaho Rd over Midway Rd) is closed due to ice accumulation.  Please seek alternative routes.

Trash Collection Canceled:  CWD has canceled trash collection on Thursday and will resume service in Addison on Monday, February 28.  Please note that they may vary their route on Monday, February 28 and can begin collections as early as 7am.  Residents can put trash out as early as 6pm on Sunday night.

DART Silver Line Virtual Meeting:  The DART Silver Line biannual Community meeting scheduled for Thurs. 2/24 is being postponed. The new date will be shared on the Town's calendar once it has been confirmed.

DART Service:  DART has extended limited service through Thursday, Feb. 24.
