Sherlock Drainage Project Update

FNH Contractors, the Town's contractor for the Sherlock Drainage Project, is currently working in the intersection of Sherlock Drive and Winter Park Lane. They are installing stormwater pipe and several new inlets. Once complete, they will begin the process of removing the pavement within the intersection, regrading, and then replacing the concrete. They are also beginning the restoration process in the area along the trail that was disturbed by the construction between Beltway Drive and Belt Line Road. 

The contractor is currently slightly behind schedule due to weather and previously unknown utility conflicts. We continue to work with them to expedite the project and we anticipate work will be complete by the beginning of May. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve our community.
