Addison Launches New Addison FixIT App on December 23

Beginning on Monday, December 23, Addison will be transitioning to a new Addison FixIT app to better serve you. The new app still allows you to report problems around Town, but also offers a more intuitive user experience. The administration features of the app will help streamline the Town’s responses to requests and allow staff to send progress updates on multi-phase requests. 

Your current app will work until December 22. After that date, you will need to download the new app from the app store. Addison FixIT will be available for Android and iOS. 

You can also submit service requests online at www.AddisonFixIt.com. If you have already registered on the website to report problems, you will need to re-register after December 23 when the new program is launched.
