Council Discusses Fiscal Year 2022 Proposed Budget

On Wednesday, August 3, the City Council held a Budget Work Session at the Addison TreeHouse to review the City Manager's Proposed Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 Budget in detail and discuss the FY2023 proposed tax rate. They were tentatively scheduled to have a second Work Session on August 4 but opted to cancel it when they wrapped up discussions at the August 3 meeting. Council is scheduled to hold Public Hearings for the FY2023 budget and tax rate on September 6 and September 13. They will also consider action on the FY2023 budget and tax rate at its September 13 meeting.
