Vitruvian West 2 Streetscape Improvements Phase 5 Block 200B

This project will construct the streetscape improvements related to Vitruvian West Phase 5, Block 200.  The scope of work includes the installation of 7’-9’ wide sidewalks, pavers, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant ramps, street lighting, landscaping, irrigation system, and streetscape improvements. These improvements will be installed in phases as the commercial site is developed to minimize the damage to the newly installed infrastructure while the buildings are being constructed.
