III Forks is Coming to Village on the Parkway

The City Council approved a special use permit for III Forks in Village on the Parkway at its March 26 meeting. III Forks is a steakhouse concept offering a fine dining menu and atmosphere. The concept first originated in North Texas in 1998 and now operates in Frisco, Austin, and Jacksonville, Florida. The restaurant’s menu includes high-quality steaks, seafood, pork, and complementary side dishes. The bar will provide a variety of cocktails and wine. 

 The new restaurant will combine two existing suites that used to house Chico’s and Soma resulting in a 6,002 square foot space. An extensive remodel is planned on the south and east facades, including a new primary entrance with a canopy and outdoor patio.
