Planning and Zoning Commission Presents Annual Report

In accordance with Addison's Code of Ordinances, the Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) Chair Eileen Resnik presented the commission's annual report to the City Council at its April 13 meeting. Staff and the previous Commission Chair Kathryn Wheeler prepared the report, which was approved by the Commission unanimously at their meeting on March 16, 2021. P&Z held meetings virtual for most of 2020 due to COVID-19. They reviewed 14 cases in 2020 including six rezoning requests, seven special use permits, and one Plat.
