Council Discusses City Manager Transition Plan During Executive Session

On Tuesday, May 31, the City Council met in executive session during a special-called City Council Meeting to discuss plans for the City Manager transition process due to the impending departure of current Addison City Manager Wes Pierson. The City Council will publicly discuss plans related to the appointment of an interim City Manager and the search process for a permanent successor at its June 14 regular City Council Meeting. Mr. Pierson submitted his formal letter of resignation to the Mayor & Council on May 31. His last official day with the Town of Addison will be August 1.
