Addison Announces New Chief Financial Officer

Addison City Manager Wes Pierson announced this week the appointment of Steven Glickman to serve as Addison’s new Chief Financial Officer. Steven is currently the Assistant Chief Financial Officer in Allen and will assume his role in Addison on March 16. With help from Strategic Government Resources (SGR), Addison conducted a national search to fill the position.

“We are pleased that Steven will be rejoining our team,” said Addison City Manager Wes Pierson. “Not only does he have a proven track record, but he is already familiar with the Town of Addison and the Addison Way so he will be able to hit the ground running.”

"I am beyond grateful to have the opportunity to be the next Chief Financial Officer of such a vibrant and well-respected organization as Addison," Steven shared.

Steven served as the Assistant Finance Director in Addison from 2014 – 2015. He left to become the Assistant Town Manager/Chief Financial Officer at the Town of Trophy Club before joining Allen as its Controller. A University of North Texas graduate, Steven is active in the Government Finance Officer Association of Texas and is the chair of its Financial Reporting and Regulatory Committee. He is also both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Government Finance Officer.
