Important Utility Billing Portal Update

Do you view or pay your Addison utility bill online? 

The online utility billing portal will be out of service from January 6 – 8 while Addison performs a vendor-required update.  During this time, you will not be able to make payments or view your online account.

Once the update is complete, the username for all registered portal users will default to your email address. Passwords will not change. 

There is no action required by portal users other than making note of your new username.
