Upcoming Public Hearings

The following Public Hearings will be held at the January 21 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting, which will be held at Addison Town Hall, 5300 Belt Line Road, at 6pm. The agenda will be posted here three days prior to the meeting.

Case 1807-Z/Village on the Parkway: Public hearing, discussion, and take action on a recommendation regarding an ordinance changing the zoning on a 31-acre property located at 5100 Belt Line Road, which is currently zoned PD, Planned Development, through Ordinance O12-001, by amending the development plans for a new office building with ground floor retail.
 
Case 1810-SUP/Vidorra: Public hearing, discussion, and take action on a recommendation regarding an ordinance changing the zoning on property located at 5100 Belt Line Road Suite 410, which is currently zoned PD, Planned Development, through Ordinance 012-001, by approving a Special Use Permit for a new restaurant with the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption only.

Case 1808-SUP/Remington’s: Public hearing, discussion, and take action on a recommendation regarding an ordinance changing the zoning on property located at 4580 Belt Line Road, which is currently zoned Local Retail (LR), by approving a Special Use Permit for a restaurant with the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption only, in order to allow relocation and expansion of the bar area within an existing restaurant space.
