Council Appoints Members to Parkland Dedication and Development Fee Study Advisory Committee

At its July 25 meeting, the City Council appointed the following residents to serve on a Parkland Dedication and Development Fees Study Advisory Committee. The Town recently engaged 110% Inc. to analyze the incorporation of parkland dedication, fee in lieu of land dedication, and park development impact fees to address redevelopment and growth in Addison. The consultant is also tasked with developing an ordinance to define the application and use of parkland dedication and fees associated with park development. The role of this resident advisory committee will be to represent the community's needs and help guide the process.
