Chief Alexander Recognized for Completing Executive Fire Officer Program

Fire Chief David Jones recognized Assistant Chief CJ Alexander at the June 25 City Council Meeting for fulfilling the requirements of and graduating from the National Fire Academy’s Executive Fire Officer (EFO) program. EFO provides a unique residential professional development opportunity for senior-level fire and EMS leaders. During the two-year program, participants gain leadership skills to strengthen their organizations and help make their communities more resilient. The diverse pool of participants become enhanced decision-makers and innovative collaborators.
