Dog Park Reopening Plan

We know our residents are eager for dog parks around town to open back up. We are happy to share that the Redding Dog Park will reopen on Monday, May 18. The Parks team has recently sodded Spruill Dog Park so we need to wait two weeks before opening it in order to give the grass time to grow. Beginning June 1, the Parks Department will begin closing the dog parks one day a week for maintenance. This will allow us to do additional cleaning, maintenance and allow the turf recover. Spruill Dog Park will be closed on Tuesdays and Redding Trail Dog Park will be closed on Wednesday. 

We ask that you practice social distancing when using any of the Town's parks, including our dog parks. We appreciate your continued patience as we work to make Addison a better place to live, work, and play.
