Vitruvian Park Public Infrastructure Phase 9, Block 701, is located at the northeast corner of Vitruvian Way and Bella Lane and is a part of the Vitruvian Development. The Master Facilities Agreement between Addison and UDR provides the allocation and expenditure of authorized funds to design and construct the public infrastructure improvements necessary to support the private development.
The scope of work for the project will include the construction of water and wastewater lines necessary to serve the future Vitruvian Development.
Status Updates
February 2023:
Final contractor documentation submittal and final project closeout expected by the 20th.
January 30, 2023:
Final walk-through inspection conducted and project accepted within the paved area.
December 2022:
Construction is near completion. Preliminary and pre-final walk-through inspections have been conducted.
November 20, 2022:
Preliminary walk-through inspection conducted and certificate of substantial project completion issued.
July 2022:
Construction is beginning on the project. Could take 16 weeks to complete.
June 14, 2022:
City Council awarded the construction contract.
April 2022:
The design for the project is completed and construction was advertised for proposals on CIVCAST.
January 11, 2022:
City Council authorized a Professional Services Agreement with Icon Consulting Engineers for design services associated with Sanitary Sewer & Water Improvements - Vitruvian Park Public Infrastructure Phase 9, Block 701.
