Addison Grove Screening Wall Demolition to Begin April 15

InTown Homes will begin removing a 410-foot section of the screening wall along the southern property line of Addison Grove (identified in red above) on Monday, April 15. With favorable weather conditions, demolition and haul-off of debris is expected to take seven business days. Removal of the wall is necessary to facilitate the construction of new townhomes within Block C. Construction of the townhomes will begin once the screening wall has been removed.

An 8-foot-tall cedar fence has been installed and will remain to provide screening for the construction site.
