Community Gets Unified Development Code Update

Addison staff and the Unified Development Code (UDC) project team held a virtual Open House on August 25 to discuss the ongoing efforts to update the Town’s zoning and development regulations. Key themes addressed in the meeting included updates to the Town’s zoning districts, land use regulations, and development standards addressing parking, landscaping, tree preservation, exterior building design, pedestrian connectivity, and outdoor lighting.
