Council Appoints Members to Council Subcommittee for the Addison Circle/Silver Line Station Transit-oriented Development Project

Cushman and Wakefield, the Town’s real estate advisor/broker for the properties located adjacent to the DART Silver Line Transit Station, is beginning the process to select a master developer and development proposal. The appointment of a Selection Committee composed of Council members is part of this effort. This Council subcommittee will work with Town staff and Cushman & Wakefield to develop the parameters to be used in the selection of a master developer through an RFP process and select the developers that will advance to the second phase of the selection process.

 

At its October 27 meeting, the Council selected Deputy Mayor Pro Tempore Guillermo Quintanilla and Council Members Tom Braun and Paul Walden to serve on this committee.
