Council Rezones Property on Beltway Drive and Approves Concept Plan for Medical Office 

At its August 10 meeting, the City Council approved a request to rezone a vacant 1.17 acre parcel of land located on Beltway Drive, just south of Belt Line Road behind Cantina Laredo, from Local Retail (LR) to Commercial-1 (C-1) district. Council also approved a concept plan for a speculative medical office building on this property.
